MCSC undertakes projects of design, supply, fabrication and testing of boilers and pressure vessels. MCSC has received the Certificates of Authorization from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) to use the Code symbols “U” and “S” and from the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors to use “R” symbol. These certifications cover authorization for the following activities:

ASME “U” & “S” Stamps – Shop construction and field site assembly of boilers, pressure vessels and power piping according to the ASME Section I (S) and VIII Division 1 (U), ASME B31.1.

National Board “R” Stamp – Repair and alteration to boiler and pressure vessel in accordance with the National Board Inspection Code (R).

Our fabrication workshop, which has more than 8000 sq.m of covered area, is currently facilitated with overhead cranes, plate rolling up to 33 mm thickness and various fabrication machineries.
